We have assembled an expert team to produce an open access Web library of high-quality videos—true to conditions in low-resource settings and effectively compressed for playback on a variety of mobile devices—which will meet the needs of frontline health workers in a simple, accessible, and cost-effective way.
Videos will be actively promoted through an established and vast network of thousands of global health professionals to ensure worldwide impact. For health workers without internet connectivity, training NGOs or ministries of health can distribute them via a USB flash drive or DVDs for viewing on a computer in the clinic or in the “village theatre” (TV with DVD player).
