Joe Brunette

Joe has filmed for us on most of our recent shoots. He is an award-winning cinematographer with over 15 years of experience shooting independent documentary films and programming for major US broadcasters including National Geographic, CNN, PBS: NOVA and Nature, Discovery, Animal Planet, and numerous marquee specials for History. 

Joseph’s passion for storytelling, photography, and adventure has taken him to dozens of countries all over the world, following stories that excite curiosity and move people’s conscience.

His work encompasses a diverse nature of subjects ranging from scientists working at the forefront of climate change in Antarctica, new archaeological discoveries of ancient civilizations in the jungles of Guatemala, traditional subsistence deep within Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in northeastern Alaska, and – with GHMP, filming dozens of babies being born in Ghana and Rwanda.
